When rejuvenation is the better choice
Rejuvenation makes sense when your roof's shingles are aging but still intact. The shingles have lost oil and flexibility, the color has faded, and you may be losing granules, but the deck below is sound and there are no active leaks. - Flashing failures around chimneys, vents, or valleys
