The square footage of your roof is the primary factor. Larger roofs require more product and more labor time. A single-story ranch and a two-story colonial with the same footprint can have very different roof areas depending on pitch and complexity.
Roof age and condition
A roof with significant granule loss or advanced brittleness may require a more concentrated GoNano formulation, which affects the price. Roofs in better condition for their age can often be treated with a standard product at a lower cost per square foot.
Roof pitch and accessibility
Steep roofs take more time to work safely and may require different equipment. A low-pitch roof on a single-story home is faster and simpler to treat than a steep, multi-gable roof on a two-story.

Location and travel
